1xlite is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or opportunity; losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform; or losses caused by events outside 1xlite's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 1xlite's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
1xlite may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance that is not subject to a pending investigation or freeze order will be returned to your verified payment method, net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 1xlite support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the normal withdrawal procedure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 1xlite's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, or to arbitration through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
1xlite reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, registered players will receive notification via email or in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
